La Gitana sits inside the old stone of Stari Grad — one of the oldest towns in Europe. We cook the way our families taught us. Most of what reaches your plate was caught, picked, or pressed within sight of the harbor.

Our cellar holds Croatian and Mediterranean wines we know by name and producer. The bar takes its time — with classics, and with a few of our own, built around rosemary, lavender, and the wild fennel that grow on these hills.
